Surgery did not happen! Last minute we got some tests results back that showed some other conflicting health conditions. I have more testing on Monday to find out some more information. But... this is oddly good news and once I have more information I can explain later!

Health Udate

There is a first for everything!

I talked a little bit about my current health condition in another post this month (here).

I just wanted to post a quick update. Everything has been normal in my testing so far but my pain has been increasing and my energy decreasing. My Doctor has scheduled me to have an exploratory surgery this Friday and hopefully at this time they can remove the diseased sections when found. They believe it is a disease called endometriosis, which doesn't have a cure but can be managed through surgery and hormones. Anxious to find out more after surgery and scared out of my mind all at the same time!

Tulip Festival

Taylor and I are making the best of our last week together before he moves to Texas for the summer for work. We had such a wonderful date on my day off, he took me to Thanksgiving Point. It is this cool little place in Lehi with the most adorable shop wear I found this hat, and all my dream house decor.

Afterwards we went to there Gardens where they were holding the Tulip Festival. We walked about the beautiful ground full of flowers, fish, water falls, and beautiful little fountains. It was such a nice day out and the perfect things to pass the day.

I just love my husband so much, I don't know how I will survive not seeing his adorable face every morning. But I know we are strong and we will make it through, but fall couldn't come soon enough!

Graduation

So Proud of Taylor for Graduating with his Business Management Degree!

He has worked so hard for the past 2.5 years of our marriage making sure he could pay for his schooling up front, along with studying hard and making sure he did the right way. He was offered a job and asked to graduate early and we feel so blessed!

Thanks for being the Husband I could have never dreamt of, because your just so darn cute and amazing :)

Thank you Dixie for driving all the way to Idaho to help us honour Taylor and also all the cleaning and moving our junk. It was so wonderful to have your company and support.

"Your Heart is a Muscle"

People tell me this almost everyday...

"You should really try to enjoy your time you have with your Husband."

This doesn't offend me at all, it makes me giggle inside because they say that comment I guess with the assumption that were not!? Which if anyone really new Taylor and I they would know this isn't a worry at our house hold.

I don't know that there are many couples that live like Taylor and I do. We really are so happy with how our lives are turning out. Whether I am drugged up getting a painful fertility procedure, crying about the miscarriage, or grocery shopping we are always smiling and laughing, yup even when I am crying; but usually towards the end! I wouldn't change a single thing about our lives, I might like a six pack but lets be real. We have endured through so many struggles in the past year that I never thought I would have to face at such a young age. Death, clinical depression, gaining an enormous amount of weight in four months, moving 9 times since we have been married, hard months when Taylor worked 14 hours a day, the miscarriage, infertility; I could make a long list of the hard things in life.

But...

I have never felt so happy and so blessed in my entire life.

My husband is amazing! I have so much support around me people I have known for years, all the way to the ones I don't know who follow my blog. My husband has been blessed with many different job opportunities which has blessed us with financial freedom, I have a job that I love. I got the chance to be pregnant this summer and enjoy the absolute miracle's and joy of motherhood, although a small glimpse it changes you for the better. I have learned so much about myself, my husband and my body through countless doctors visits and sleepless nights in pain.

I am so blessed - Just plain and simple as that!

Taylor and I want to thank all of you who have been praying for us and giving us kind words of encouragement and support. It really does mean the world, a lot of people say some thoughtless things to us which I just let roll off my shoulders. It is the wonderful kind words I remember from all of you who support us that I remember in my mind every day.

One thing is for sure, Taylor and I enjoying every second of our lives together and we will continue to do so even after we are blessed with our miracle baby :)

Snap Shots of Life Lately

I got the Assistant Manager job at DownEast highest volume store in the company! Which is in Orem, Utah... which yes you guessed it means I had to move but more on that later.

Read this amazing book, if you have any questions about your body as far as fertility and all that women stuff this book is amazing. I seriously was on an emotional high after reading it I felt so empowered.

Taylor spoiled me with a new car! I am in love with my Jetta, it is super fun to drive, heated seats, sport mode and all the other bells and whistles.

Moving to Saratoga Springs Utah, we found a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo that we loved and we are renting it out for hopefully the next couple years. I will be living here alone till August while Taylor lives in Austin Texas.

We painted for the first time and I am loving that I got to pick my own paint and decorate a new bathroom and do all that fun grown up stuff.

Embarrassing... but seriously my life lately! Sending good morning kisses to my husband over text.
 Long distance bites!

Taylor came to visit me this weekend and we got so much work done on the Condo along with a delicious breakfast at Kneaders. It's down the road and everyone one in Utah has been raving about.

These pictures really sum up the last couple of weeks of my life. I have been having unexplained symptoms for the past couples of months, I visited the hospital a while back but they finally sent me home because they didn't know what was wrong. Finally I got in contact with an amazing Fertility Surgeon and Reproductive Endocrinologist. My pain has been effecting me a lot lately and so I finally went in this week for a procedure to see if we could find the cause. There has been some talk of a disease but we won't know until more testing is done. I went in for a procedure today which has me recovering in bed... hence the time to finally do some much needed blogging.

It has been a rough and painful road, physically and emotionally but as you can see we are still smiling through it. Learning life lessons, and falling more in love with each other as we endure together.

This weekend was also the due date of our little baby that we lost this summer. Still so much love in our hearts for him/her. It has been a journey I never expected to take but it has brought to much perspective into our lives along with so much love. Taylor and I have such an amazing relationship and we know that when we finally do have our miracle baby we will be bringing one of the Lord's children into a home full of love and lots of laughter.

Amsterdam

We had a short stop over in Amsterdam to show Taylor a little taste of Europe. We had amazing food every single meal, and froze every single minute of the trip! It rained right through all our jackets we brought. But we still loved it! They have these canals through the whole city center.

This amazing hand made leather shop.

Visiting where Anne Frank lived during the war

The famous Rijks Museum

Double decker glass roof bus

 Taylor first Nutella Crepe

Our night out in the city center for dinner and celebrating the last night of our long trip together!

Safari in the Serengeti

We went to Africa with my parents in February. Everyone always says "tell me about it" but it was just too amazing to put into words so here is a ton of pictures of our Safari!

It really was like a real life movie of the Lion King featuring us! It was breath taking and amazing. I think everyone should put this on their bucket list. Also sorry the photos are out of order and this post is coming a couple months late!

These Vultures are loud, huge, scary birds and yes they do circle just like in the movies!

We scared the Zebra's out from under this tree and had an amazing picnic! Most amazing experience and won't forget the view.

The four of us in front of our Safari van

All of us lounging under the big tree we found to eat our lunch. Breath taking view and with all my favorite people.

The Great Migration
There were millions of wildebeest traveling

Golden Jackal! This pretty puppy dog that will fight with the Voltures

The view we had almost every night!

Cheetah having a snack and the vultures waiting in the back ground till it is their turn

Baby lions just playing in the grass

This leopard was moving her cubs from bush to bush and we could hear the other babies crying out for their Mom, it was amazing!

Cooling off from the hot African sun

The Circle of Life
We couldn't believe we caught this on camera

They really did do a little ballet dance in the water for us too

We took four tiny planes like this to get into the Safari Camp

This was the tent we stayed in, we would fall asleep to the sound of the lions walking around and doing their night calls. It was the most amazing place I have ever stayed in my life, we had hot bucket showers, real beds and lions to serenade us to sleep!
