Blessing Day

You guys I am posting this so late and now I'v lost my mojo to write a lot about this but the blessing was so wonderful. I want to thank all the friends and family for coming and helping celebrate our sweet girls blessing day. She was blessed in the dress that my mom hand sewed for me and my sister when we were babies. It's a very special dress in my family and it meant a lot that Mae could be blessed in it as well. As you can tell I love handing dome my things to Mae is just touches my heart every time!

I just love this photo of the three generations, and little Mae looks so sweet sleeping!

Slick Fox

You guys I ordered some Slick Fox bibs from Europe and I want to tell you about them!
You can get 15% off with the code:
TheGoldenPolkaDot15
exp. 05/31/14
Your Slick Fox purchase will come in this beautiful wrapping!

The back is made of super soft unbleached bamboo fabric, which is naturally antibacterial. The inside of the bamboo fabric is looped towelling for extra absorbency, keeping baby’s chest dry. The outside has an incredibly lush pile for extra comfort and an oh-so-soft feel. I especially liked the antibacterial aspect since she would be slobbering on them continually!

I chose these three patterns, she usually has colours group together into sets but I wanted three different colours. So I just sent her a quick message and she was nice enough to make a custom order for me to purchase.

Don't forget to use this promo code when making your order!

Some photos of Mae in her Slick Fox Bibs, she would not stay still so this is the best I got!

Feather Feet Inc

So you guys probably remember when I made my own moccs a couple months ago and I have had soooo many people ask for my pattern or for me to make them some. My pattern size was so off, not to mention I didn't use real leather, and these little baby shoes are hard, hard, hard to make. I don't want to do it again. But my friend Sam bless her sole {get it!?}, sews until her little fingers bleed to make these beautiful genuine leather moccs. I'm talking buttery, smooth leather! For only $20! So worth it, and I recommend every baby have a pair, Mae has two pairs and it's just the start!

This is little Miss Mae rocking her Platinum moccs. I got a size 2 which is 3-6 months and they fit her with a little room to grow. I was trying to decide between the Platinum and Gold, I obviously went with the Platinum and I LOVE them. It's like a creamy metallic, and has a hint of gold in them. Seriously such a dreamy colour.

Here is the Lemon Yellow. I'm super happy with this colour as well, not as versatile as the Platinum but with spring, and colour mixing right now they go with most everything as well. These are a size 3 which I believe is 6-11 months and they are pretty big on her! Since she is only 3 months, so I would say they run true to size. If your nervous about getting the wrong size I would size up. Stick socks on them to fill out the extra room and then they last longer.
Okay she is crossing her legs in this first picture it just kills me!
Want amazing leather moccs for only $20-$22 bucks!

CUTEST LITTLE DANCE
I don't know how to get the sound to work but she does this cute little coo at the end and then has a big hiccup its much better with sound.

Mae is three months! I can't believe how the time keeps flying by, this posts is a little. If you haven't already watched the video above you're missing out. She is really starting to wiggle around like crazy somewhere between trying to fly and swimming it's the cutest thing. She is also a lot more talkative.

Milestones:
- Almost able to play with some of her rattles.
- Fits into her stroller, she was just way too tiny before
- A whopping 11 pounds!
- Graduated from newborn diapers into size 1
- Still wearing 0-3 month clothes
- She has let out some thrill little giggles
- Loves talking to Dad before bed
- Love Mom's kisses
- Screams her face off from either 9-12 or 11-1 depending on the day
- Sleep through the night after all her exhausting screaming!

Mae. Meet Canada!

Mae finally went to Canada for her first time. It was so fun to show her off and let her meet all her aunts, uncles, cousins, and a bunch more people.

This is with her little cousin Malakai born 4 weeks before her. Ashley and I, were married at the same time and pregnant at the same time (however this is her second baby.)

The older cousins loved "Baby Mae" and were so cute with her.

Mae got the chance to meet her grate grandma. Very special moment, I was so glad they could meet eachother and hopefully they have another chance again this summer.

We visited Alexanders grave, my older brother. Mae was named after him and my grandfather, both I never got a chance to know on earth but I know we were friends in heaven. I wanted Mae's name to come from family and it reminds me what a blessing life is.

All the Grandkids below.

Mae loves looking up at me, she is really mastering eye contact and when I look back at her she gets the biggest grin it melts my hear!
